Who we are

PowerDay IQ is a customer relationship intelligence service run by Pluraserv. This policy explains what we collect when you use powerdayiq.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to privacy@pluraserv.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, e-mail address, the name of your workspace, and your password — stored only as a one-way hash, never in a form anyone can read back.
  • The address you signed up from (your IP address), to stop abuse such as floods of fake sign-ups and repeated wrong passwords.
  • Your CRM content: the contacts, tasks, notes and meetings in the CRM workspace we host for you, and the reports PowerDay IQ builds from them.
  • Mailbox and calendar data, only if you connect a Google or Microsoft account: the messages and calendar events synced into your workspace, which PowerDay IQ reads to write summaries and follow-up tasks for your contacts, and the connection tokens that keep that sync working, stored on our servers.
  • Data from other services you choose to connect, such as a booking calendar or the forms on your website, brought into your workspace so it can be acted on.
  • Operational records: when you sign in, when a run starts and finishes, and what it reported, so we can keep the service working and show you your run history.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide PowerDay IQ to you: to run your daily sync, score and report, to keep your account secure, and to send the e-mails the service needs — confirming your address and inviting your teammates. We do not send marketing e-mail.

Today, e-mail summaries and tasks are produced by our own code, and your mail is not sent to any outside service to be analysed.

We expect to add features that use AI, including automated assistants that work in your workspace on your behalf. If we do, we will update this policy and tell you before such a feature uses your data, say which providers are involved, and use only providers bound to keep your data confidential and not to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, the consent screen asks you to allow access to read your mail, to send and draft mail, and to read and change your calendar. These are the permissions requested by the CRM software that keeps your mail and calendar in sync. PowerDay IQ only reads: it never sends, drafts or changes your mail or calendar events.

What it reads is used only to summarise conversations with your contacts and create follow-up tasks in your workspace. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not transferred except as needed to provide the service or as the law requires, and not read by people except with your permission, for security, or to comply with the law.

PowerDay IQ's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We will never use information received from Google APIs to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

You can disconnect at any time by removing PowerDay IQ in your Google Account's security settings (or Microsoft's, for a Microsoft mailbox), or by asking us to.

Where it is kept

Everything is stored on servers we run at Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-2, Ohio). Nightly backups are encrypted, kept in the same region, deleted after 90 days and gone for good within 120 days.

Who else is involved

  • Amazon Web Services hosts the service and sends its e-mail.
  • Google or Microsoft, only for a mailbox or calendar you choose to connect.
  • Other services you choose to connect, which send data to your workspace or receive it from it only as that connection needs, under their own privacy policies.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on our pages, so your browser asks Google for them and Google sees your IP address.

Your CRM runs on Twenty, open-source software that we host ourselves, with its usage reporting switched off; Twenty's makers do not receive your CRM data.

Cookies and browser storage

We use one session cookie, which keeps you signed in and ends when you sign out or close your browser. There is no advertising or analytics tracking. The app also keeps a few things in your browser so a page looks as you left it — which sections are collapsed and which report tasks you have ticked — and these never leave your device.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace while you use PowerDay IQ, and the address you signed up from with your sign-up record for as long as the account exists. When you ask us to close your account, we delete your workspace and account; copies in backups are removed as those backups expire, within 120 days.

Your choices

You can see and change your name, e-mail address and password on your Account page. To get a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to us and we will do it promptly.

Keeping it safe

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, repeated wrong passwords are locked out, each workspace is separated from every other, and only the people who run the service can reach the servers.

Children

PowerDay IQ is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below, and tell you by e-mail when a change matters to you.
