Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you and Pluraserv, which runs PowerDay IQ. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you sign up for a team, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the teammates you invite.

Your data

Everything you put into PowerDay IQ stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to bring in the contacts and mail you connect, and that using them complies with the law that applies to you.

Acceptable use

• No spam, and no use that breaks the law or anyone's rights.
• No attempts to break into, overload or disrupt the service, or to reach other customers' data.
• No reselling the service without our written agreement.

The service

PowerDay IQ is new and still changing. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and features may change.

Fees

Prices are shown on the Plans page. We will tell you before you are charged for anything, and before any price change applies to you.

Ending

You may stop using PowerDay IQ and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why where we can. After closing, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date below, and tell you by e-mail before a change that matters to you takes effect.
